We are a provider of Carrier-grade software solutions and Test tools for LTE. These solutions are used world-wide by equipment manufacturers, operators and research labs. The Functional Testers and Emulator tools are used by TEMS and operators for testing eNodeB, MME, S-GW, PDN-GW, PCRF and other LTE nodes for protocol/feature conformance, scalability, and load/stress.
 
I find that the Association for Professional Telecommunication in Hungary is working for the migration of the existing TETRA network in public safety domain to LTE Network we can provide you infrastructure equipments and software which focusses on the co-existense of narrowband technology and LTE Technology. 
 
Polaris LTE Packet Core (NetEPC) is a self-contained, carrier-class EPC that includes MME, PGW, SGW, HSS, PCRF, OFCS and OCS functions. NetEPC can be provided on a scalable hardware platform, with the software integrated onto a specific target platform or deployed in a cloud solution.
 
We have partnered with a TETRA base station manufacturer who has developed a TETRA/LTE Convergance application that resides on their TETRA base station and communicates to LTE Core through standard S1 interface and as such their TETRA base station works perfectly with Polaris' LTE Packet Core. The combination of these a TETRA base station (with a LTE adaptation layer), NetEPC and a LTE Base Station (we have partnership with some small cell manufacturer) can be used for TETRA/LTE Convergance. This set up completes calls between a TETRA device and a LTE handset.
